As you can see from the video - Tile and Grout is “deep cleaned” with a turbo-hybrid cleaning attachment while our truck-mounted system is running. A true low-cost alternative to replacing tile which was designed to last a lifetime.
The deep cleaning action takes place when the tool is attached to a truck mounted system which generates heat & pressure.
The powerful tool operates at temperatures of up to 270 degrees and pressures of up to 3,000 PSI.
The high water temperatures mixed with a powerful pressurized spray nozzle will lift the dirt from the face of the tile, but more importantly it will lift dirt out of the grout lines as well.
The grout lines are the most difficult areas to clean because they are made of a ”porous” material which naturally traps dirt during regular floor mopping.
Our solution to keeping your floor clean in between deep cleaning sessions: apply a sealant which will protect the top layer of the grout line & help prevent dirt from becoming embedded while mopping.
The system works just as well even if the floors have been previously sealed. The old sealant can be removed & a fresh application will assure long lasting protection.
